Bearing steel grit is made of chrome alloy material which is fast atomized after melting. After heat treatment, it is featured with optimum mechanical characteristics, good tenacity, high fatigue resistance, long working-life, low consumption and so on. 30% will be saved. Mainly used in granite cutting, sandblasting and shot peening.
Bearing steel grit is made of iron carbon alloy steel, used to make balls, rollers and bearing rings. Bearing steel has high and uniform hardness and high cycle times, as well as high elasticity. The uniformity of chemical composition, the content and distribution of non-metallic inclusions and the distribution of carbides of bearing steel are very strict, which is one of the high requirements in all steel production.
Junda stainless steel shot has two types: atomized stainless steel shot and stainless steel wire cut shot. Atomized stainless steel shot is produced by German atomization technology and mainly used for sandblasting on the surface of aluminum profiles. The product has the advantages of bright and round particles, less dust, low loss rate and wide spray coverage. It can greatly reduce the production cost of aluminum profile enterprises.
Stainless steel wire cutting shot is refined by drawing, cutting, grinding and other processes. Appearance bright, rust – free, cylindrical (cut shot). Widely used in copper, aluminum, zinc, stainless steel and other workpiece surface spray treatment, for processed workpiece with matte effect, metal color, no rust and other advantages, without pickling rust removal. The wear resistance is 3- 5 times compared with cast steel shot and it can reduce production costs.
Junda White aluminum oxide grit is a 99.5% ultra pure grade of blasting media. The purity of this media along with the variety of grit sizes available make it ideal for both traditional microdermabrasion processes as well as high-quality exfoliating creams.
Junda White aluminum oxide grit is an extremely sharp, long-lasting blasting abrasive that can be re-blasted many times. It is one of the most widely used abrasive in blast finishing and surface preparation because of its cost, longevity, and hardness. Harder than other commonly used blasting materials, white aluminum oxide grains penetrate and cut even the hardest metals and sintered carbide.
Walnut shell grit is the hard fibrous product made from ground or crushed walnut shells. When used as a blasting media, walnut shell grit is extremely durable, angular and multi-faceted, yet is considered a ‘soft abrasive’. Walnut shell blasting grit is an excellent replacement for sand (free silica) to avoid inhalation health concerns.
Rutile is a mineral composed primarily of titanium dioxide, TiO2. Rutile is the most common natural form of TiO2. Predominantly used as a raw material for chloride titanium dioxide pigment manufacture. Also used in titanium metal production and welding rod fluxes. It has excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, and small specific gravity.
Corn Cobs can be used as an effective blasting media for a range of applications. Corn Cobs are a softer material similar in nature to Walnut Shells, but without the natural oils or residue. Corn Cobs contain no free silica, produces little dust, and comes from an environmentally friendly, renewable source.
Silicon Carbide Grit
Due to its stable chemical properties, high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient, and good wear resistance, silicon carbide has many other uses besides being used as abrasives. For example, silicon carbide powder is applied to the impeller or cylinder of a water turbine by a special process. The inner wall can improve its wear resistance and prolong its service life by 1 to 2 times; the high-grade refractory material made of it has heat shock resistance, small size, light weight, high strength and good energy-saving effect. Low-grade silicon carbide (containing about 85% of SiC) is an excellent deoxidizer.
Junda steel wire cutting shot are refined by drawing, cutting, strengthening and other processes, in strict accordance with German VDFI8001/1994 and American SAEJ441,AMS2431 standards. The particle size of the product is uniform, and the hardness of the product is HV400-500, HV500-555, HV555-605, HV610-670 and HV670-740. The particle size of the product ranges from 0.2mm to 2.0mm. The shape of the product is round shot cutting, roundness G1, G2, G3. Service life from 3500 to 9600 cycles.
Junda steel wire cutting shot particles uniform, there is no porosity inside the steel shot, with long life, shot blasting time and other advantages, practical in quenching gear, screws, springs, chains, all kinds of stamping parts, standard parts and stainless steel and other high hardness of the workpiece, can reach the surface to oxidize the skin, surface strengthening treatment, Finish, paint, corrosion, dust-free shot peening, solid workpiece surface highlights metal color, to achieve your satisfaction.
Junda Steel Grit is made by crushing steel shot to angular particle subsequently tempered to different hardness for different application, screened by size according to SAE Standard specification.
Junda Steel grit is a commonly used material for processing metal work pieces. Steel grit has tight structure and uniform particle size. Treating the surface of all metal work pieces with steel grit steel shot can increase the surface pressure of metal work pieces and improve the fatigue resistance of work pieces.
The use of steel grit steel shot processing metal work piece surface, with the characteristics of fast cleaning speed, has a good rebound, internal corner and complex shape of the work piece can be uniformly quick foam cleaning, shorten the surface treatment time, improve the work efficiency, is a good surface treatment material.
