Product introduction：

The production process is the same as the national standard steel shot, using centrifugal granulation technology, because the raw material is low carbon steel, so omit high temperature tempering process, using isothermal tempering process production.

GENERAL APPEARANCE

• This does not affect the performance of the shot, it can be confirmed by measuring its performance on the machine. 
HARDNESS 
• The bainitic microstructure guarantees a high degree of hardness.  90% of the particles are between 40 - 50 Rockwell C. 
• The low carbon in balance with the manganese guarantees a long useful life of the particles, thus improving the cleanliness of the pieces, since with mechanical work they increase their hardness. 
• The energy of the shot blasting is absorbed mainly by the parts, thus reducing the wear of the machine. 
CARBON GRANULATION, HIGH PERFORMANCE 
• The use of the low carbon steel shot has scope for machines that have turbines of 2500 to 3000 RPM and speeds of 80 M / S. 
• For new equipment that uses 3600 RPM turbines and speeds of 110 M / S, these are requirements to increase productivity.

Application fields：

1. Surface finishing of aluminum zinc die casting and surface cleaning of aluminum sand casting. artificial marble surface spraying  and polishing. Cleaning and finishing of high alloy steel casting surface oxide scale, aluminum alloy engine block and other large die casting parts, marble surface effect treatment and antiskid treatment

2. Aluminum zinc die casting, surface cleaning of precision casting, surface roughening before special coating, refined spray polishing of aluminum profile to remove surface extrusion lines, refined spray polishing of copper aluminum pipe surface, and refined spray polishing of stainless steel container and valve.

3. Clean up the cold casting tools, chromium plating dies for forging dies and tires, renovate the pump cover of automobile engine supercharger, strengthen the precision gear and spring of starter, and spray polishing the surface of stainless steel container.

4. Aluminum zinc die casting, motorcycle engine box, cylinder head, carburetor, engine fuel pump shell, intake pipe, car lock.
