JD-80 intelligent EDM leak detector is a special instrument for testing the quality of metal anticorrosive coating. This instrument can be used to test the quality of different thickness coatings such as glass enamel, FRP, epoxy coal pitch and rubber lining. When there is a quality problem in the anticorrosive layer, if there are pinholes, bubbles, cracks and cracks, the instrument will send out bright electric sparks and sound and light alarm at the same time. Because it is powered by NiMH battery, small size and light weight, it is especially suitable for field operation.

■ When the pores are detected, in addition to EDM, the instrument also sends out acousto-optic alarm signals and accurately records the maximum 999 leakage points.
