JD SG4 series pipeline inwall sandblaster is a special device supporting the use of sandblasting machine to clean the pipeline inwall. It can be used in manual work, also in automatic work if equipped with other devices. These series are suitable for the pre-treatment of coating pipeline inwall in the fields of oil, chemical industry and shipping. The degree of surface quality after the treatment is up to Sa2 and Sa3. These sandblasters can handle the pipelines whose ID ranges from φ60mm to φ800mm. They are convenient and safe to use and maintain easily.
Forced by pressed air, the abrasives and air inside of sandblasting machine flow into sandblaster through
the blasting pipe. When flowing through the sandblaster, abrasives would be split-flow through two nozzles whose included angle is
130.With the recoil force of air, nozzle holder leads these two nozzles to spin to eject in all directions. Besides, sandblasters
can be moved along the pipe, so the work of entire cleaning pipeline inwall is done.
When cleaning the inner wall of the pipe, it is necessary to configure a pressure feeding sandblasting machine and an air

2. Adjust the degree of tightness of outer joint can in a way adjust the spining speed of spining nozzle holder. And the speed should be controled within 30~500r/min.
3.If spining nozzle holder stops spining or spining too slowly, it may be because of underpressure, too tight outer joint, stuck bearings or jamed nozzle. Stop the machine, and then adjust and check.
4.Before working,pipeline inwall sandblaster should be put in the inwall from one side to another, and dry pressed air must be inlet. When working, blasting pipe should be pulled out slowly to make it get out at a constant speed. If the cleaning quality can’t meet the requirements, work again to get the satisfactory effect.
5.If the abrasives are blocked and can not be spreyed out, it should be closed down first and exhuast, then have a check. 6). Quick-wear parts should be checked regularly,they should be replaced timely if worn, or they would have a bad influence on the efficiency and the blasting quality,and maybe bring accident.
