Our dustless &automatic recycling sand blaster , is suitable for various metal and non-metal abrasives such as steel grit, steel shot, brown fused aluminum, and glass bead,etc. With the vacuum recycler, it is dustless and widely used in the sand blasting industry, environment friendly and healthy to operators.
Working principle:
This equipment uses compressed air as the power source. It sprays abrasive materials at high speed onto the surface of the workpiece. Through the impact of the abrasive materials, the rust and dirt on the surface of the workpiece are removed, achieving a certain level of cleanliness and roughness on the surface. Then, by generating negative pressure through compressed air, the sand materials and dust are recovered, and the complete abrasive materials are separated by the sand dust separation system and recycled for further use. The dust and rust enter the dust collection bucket. Under the control of a single switch, all the actions such as sand blasting, sand recovery, sand dust separation, sand material recycling, and dust filtration will be automatically completed. The working environment is clean and pollution-free, meeting the dust hygiene standards for the workshop air.
Performance features:
1. Environmentally friendly design, with automatic recovery and separation of abrasive materials, rust stains, and dust;
2. Equipped with a cartridge-type dust collection system and automatic pulse valve for cleaning;
3. Handcart-style design, facilitating easy movement and operation;
4. The sanding control method adopts remote control, with instant on and off capabilities.
Application Industry:
It is applicable for removing toxic paint residues in the hull water storage tank, dust-free sandblasting for rust removal in shipyards, rust removal in oil storage tanks, sandblasting for wind turbine towers, bridge anti-corrosion, and pre-treatment for water gate structures in water conservancy projects. It is an ideal cleaning equipment for removing rust, removing oxide scales, removing paint, removing dirt, and enhancing the surface finish of metal structures such as repair blasting machines, sandblasting rooms with missed parts, large steel plates, I-beams, and stainless steel parts before coating.
