Junda Sandblaster component maintenance and bearing grease addition

Junda Mobile sandblasting machine is suitable for large workpiece sandblasting treatment, cleaning work, clothing industry jeans repair sandblasting. But the use of equipment needs regular maintenance, in order to better ensure the use efficiency of the equipment, so the manufacturer in order to ensure the user’s operation, the next is to introduce the maintenance work of its equipment.

1. Check regularly whether the spool of the sandblasting valve is worn or not.

2. Clean the filter element twice a day to keep the system working normally. If the filter element is damaged or blocked seriously, it should be replaced in time.

3. Regularly check the lubrication and wear of O-ring seals, pistons, springs, gaskets and other parts in intake and exhaust valves.

4. Replace the feeding port sealing ring, gently remove the old sealing ring with a nail or screwdriver, and then press the new sealing ring into the sealing seat.

5. Replace the closed valve, open the check hand hole, unscrew the upper interface (conduit) under the conical closed valve with small pipe pliers, and remove them from the barrel. Replace the new closed valve and install it as is. Install the check hole cover and tighten all the screws.

As an important part of the equipment, the bearing of the Junda sandblasting machine needs regular lubrication in order to ensure the continuity of operation. But when adding, in order to ensure the accuracy of adding, the requirements of adding are introduced.

(1) The bearing seat of the small turntable needs to be lubricated regularly with grease. Under the use of 8 hours per shift, it can be lubricated 1 times/month.

(2) The bearing seat of the large turntable needs to be lubricated regularly. Under the use of 8 hours per shift, it can be lubricated for 1 time/half a year due to its slow speed and large amount of oil injection.

(3) The bearing seat of the belt tensioning wheel shall be lubricated with grease regularly. It can be lubricated once a week after 8 hours of use per shift.

(4) The bearing nozzle of the spray gun swinging mechanism is lubricated with grease. Under the use of 8 hours per shift, the bearing with seat can be lubricated once a week, and the joint bearing can be lubricated once /3 days.

(5) Each cylinder with lubricating oil lubrication (after the oil gun drops a few drops on the cylinder rod, through the pneumatic switch, the cylinder rod jerk several times, and then repeat the above action several times, to ensure uniform lubrication), in each shift 8 hours of use, can be lubricated 1 times /2 days.
