Boron carbide sand blasting nozzle is made of boron carbide material and formed by straight hole and Venturi hot pressing. It has been widely used in sand blasting and shot blasting equipment because of its high hardness, low density, high temperature resistance, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
This is special-designed protective coverall available for the operator while sand blasting any material or surface.
The operator is covered and protected fully against the spreading abrasive media. The operator’s safety is guaranteed and no abrasive can touch their skin and harm them physically.
To provide the appropriate level of protection during every sand blasting application; garments, operator suit, and equipment recommended specifically for sand blasting should be used.
Everyone in the area should wear all the necessary safety equipment, not just the operator working over there.
Dust particles are still hazardous to health during cleaning any surface and all safety clothing should continue to be worn.
The operator should wear special-design gloves for blasting, made from leather, neoprene, or ruber materals.
Long Sand blasting gloves create a continuous hurdle keeping dust from entering openings in clothing.
Cabinet-style blasting gloves should be used when using a sandblasting cabinet, according to the cabinet manufacturers recommendations.
Junda Steel Shot is manufactured by melting selected scrap in electric induction furnace. The chemical composition of molten metal is analyzed and strictly controlled by spectrometer to obtain SAE Standard specification. The molten metal is atomized and transformed into round particle and subsequently quenched and tempered in a heat treating process to obtain a product of uniform hardness and microstructure, screened by size according to SAE Standard specification.
Junda glass bead is a type of abrasive blasting for surface finishing, specifically to prepare metals by smoothing them. Bead blasting provides superior surface cleaning to remove paint, rust and other coatings.

Bearing steel grit is made of chrome alloy material which is fast atomized after melting. After heat treatment, it is featured with optimum mechanical characteristics, good tenacity, high fatigue resistance, long working-life, low consumption and so on. 30% will be saved. Mainly used in granite cutting, sandblasting and shot peening.
Bearing steel grit is made of iron carbon alloy steel, used to make balls, rollers and bearing rings. Bearing steel has high and uniform hardness and high cycle times, as well as high elasticity. The uniformity of chemical composition, the content and distribution of non-metallic inclusions and the distribution of carbides of bearing steel are very strict, which is one of the high requirements in all steel production.
Junda stainless steel shot has two types: atomized stainless steel shot and stainless steel wire cut shot. Atomized stainless steel shot is produced by German atomization technology and mainly used for sandblasting on the surface of aluminum profiles. The product has the advantages of bright and round particles, less dust, low loss rate and wide spray coverage. It can greatly reduce the production cost of aluminum profile enterprises.
Stainless steel wire cutting shot is refined by drawing, cutting, grinding and other processes. Appearance bright, rust – free, cylindrical (cut shot). Widely used in copper, aluminum, zinc, stainless steel and other workpiece surface spray treatment, for processed workpiece with matte effect, metal color, no rust and other advantages, without pickling rust removal. The wear resistance is 3- 5 times compared with cast steel shot and it can reduce production costs.
Junda White aluminum oxide grit is a 99.5% ultra pure grade of blasting media. The purity of this media along with the variety of grit sizes available make it ideal for both traditional microdermabrasion processes as well as high-quality exfoliating creams.
Junda White aluminum oxide grit is an extremely sharp, long-lasting blasting abrasive that can be re-blasted many times. It is one of the most widely used abrasive in blast finishing and surface preparation because of its cost, longevity, and hardness. Harder than other commonly used blasting materials, white aluminum oxide grains penetrate and cut even the hardest metals and sintered carbide.
Our blasting cabinet are produced by experienced engineers team of JUNDA. To pursue the best performance, the cabinet body is steel plate welded with powder coated surface, which is more durable, wear-resistant and lifelong than traditional painting, and the main components are famous brands imported overseas. We ensure 1 year warranty period for any quality problem.
Depending on size and pressure, there are many models
A dust removing system is used in the sandblasting machine, thoroughly collecting dust, creating a clear working view, ensuring that the recycled abrasive is pure and the air discharged to the atmosphere is dustfree.
Each blast cabinet includes durable aluminum alloy casting blast gun with 100% purity boron carbide nozzle. An air blowing gun to clean remaining dust and abrasive after blasting.
Walnut shell grit is the hard fibrous product made from ground or crushed walnut shells. When used as a blasting media, walnut shell grit is extremely durable, angular and multi-faceted, yet is considered a ‘soft abrasive’. Walnut shell blasting grit is an excellent replacement for sand (free silica) to avoid inhalation health concerns.
Rutile is a mineral composed primarily of titanium dioxide, TiO2. Rutile is the most common natural form of TiO2. Predominantly used as a raw material for chloride titanium dioxide pigment manufacture. Also used in titanium metal production and welding rod fluxes. It has excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, and small specific gravity.
Corn Cobs can be used as an effective blasting media for a range of applications. Corn Cobs are a softer material similar in nature to Walnut Shells, but without the natural oils or residue. Corn Cobs contain no free silica, produces little dust, and comes from an environmentally friendly, renewable source.
